Had 2 finals yesterday, will have 1 tomorrow. Then I'm done for the week. But next week, *wuih......* 3 bigger finals. Just checked my email and this is what I saw:

"The other final exam will be 40% long answer. Here you will be expected to incorporate information from the class, esp. carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. It will be "current events" "hot topics" type question. I am likely to ask you to identify some of the reactants, the chemistry of formation, common food sources, typical levels, and potential environmental factors (pH, temperature, etc) that may influence the final amount of acrylamide in foods."


Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
